1) Overview

Craftora (“Craftora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Craftora Team. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Craftora mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).

2.1 Information You Provide (Account and Support)

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: the content you submit when you contact support (including attachments or screenshots you choose to provide).

2.2 Content You Create or Upload

  • Photos, images, and text you add to projects, tutorials, or manuals.
  • Reference/inspiration images you choose to import from your library.
Photos and faces:
We do not perform facial recognition and do not create or infer biometric identifiers. Photos/content are, by default, stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload, sync, or share content through the Service. If you upload content for one-time processing or generation, it is processed only for that purpose and deleted promptly after completion (see Retention).

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, device identifiers (where available), and network information.
  • Usage data: feature usage, interactions, session duration, and performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, and related technical data to help us fix issues.

2.4 Location Information (Only With Your Permission)

If you allow location access, we may collect approximate or precise location data depending on your device settings and permissions. If you do not grant permission, we do not collect location data.

2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies (Where Applicable)

If the Service includes web-based components or you use our websites, we may use cookies or similar technologies (and may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand usage to improve performance. You can control cookies through your device or browser settings where applicable.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation, login, and core functionality).
  • Personalize your experience (preferences and settings).
  • Improve and develop the Service (analytics, debugging, performance monitoring).
  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Customer support.
  • Legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:

  • With your consent (for example, when you choose to share a project).
  • Service providers (processors) who process information on our instructions under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal, safety, and rights protection (to comply with law, protect users, or enforce terms).
  • Business transfers (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to safeguards.

5) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards.

6) Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active.
  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless required by law or for legitimate security reasons).
  • Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Support records: retained for up to 6 months.
One-time processing/generation:
If you choose to upload photos or text for one-time processing or generation, we keep the content only for the time needed to perform the requested operation and then delete it promptly after completion.

7) Security

  • Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
  • Access controls and least-privilege policies.
  • Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring.
  • Backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent (such as location permission) via device settings.

To exercise rights, email euodrpxyxw6391@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9) Children and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10) Optional AI-Assisted Processing (If Available)

Some features may offer optional AI-assisted processing or generation (for example, turning your photos and text into structured tutorial layouts). If you choose to use these features:

  • Your uploaded images/text are processed on our own servers controlled by Craftora Team.
  • We do not share this content with any third party for AI processing.
  • We do not use your content to train third-party models, and we do not sell or rent your content.
  • After processing is completed, the uploaded content is deleted promptly.

You remain in control of whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or via other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
